Billing and Shipping Errors: Greeting Gift Cards reserves the right to cancel an order partially or completely for items that are out of stock or for items that were omitted by our shipping department. Once notified that an item was omitted Greeting Gift Cards will consider re-shipping the missing item at no cost to the buyer. Re-shipping the item is at Greeting Gift Cards sole discretion. If Greeting Gift Cards does not ship the omitted item, it will refund the buyer for that portion of the order within 24-72 hours. If Greeting Gift Cards shipping department shipped additional cards, the buyer accepts responsibility to notify Greeting Gift Cards of this error within 7 business days. Greeting Gift Cards will provide a free shipping label for the buyer to return the card(s). If the card is not returned, Greeting Gift Cards reserves the right to charge/bill the buyer for the remaining balance.

Credit Card/Debit Card Payment Processing: By providing Greeting Gift Cards with your credit card information you authorize Greeting Gift Cards to submit that information to a secure credit card processor and/or secure credit card gateway provider. Additionally, if you elect to allow Greeting Gift Cards to store your credit card information for future use, Greeting Gift Cards may securely store it with a secure credit card processor and/or secure credit card gateway provider.

Gift Card Merchant Discrepancies: Greeting Gift Cards is not liable in the event that the issuing merchant of the gift card declines to accept it upon declaring bankruptcy, or because of changes to its gift card acceptance policy.

Submissions: All suggestions, ideas, notes, concepts and other information you may from time to time send to us (collectively, “Submissions”) shall be deemed and shall remain our sole property and shall not be subject to any obligation of confidence on our part. Without limiting the foregoing, we shall be deemed to own all known and hereafter existing rights of every kind and nature regarding the Submissions and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose, without compensation to the provider of the Submissions.

Return Policy: Due to the nature of our online Website, and the products listed, we Greeting Gift Cards have a strict NO RETURN POLICY for any product sold on greetinggiftcards.com. Shipping Policy: Greeting Gift Cards generally will ship an order within 1-2 business days from the time payment is processed. However, Greeting Gift Cards reserves the right to delay shipment up to seven business days. Greeting Gift Cards may choose to provide a tracking number as proof that the order has been shipped out. No further proof is required. When the tracking number provided by Greeting Gift Cards indicates that it is in route with the carrier, Greeting Gift Cards shall bear no further  responsibility for direct delays with shipment.

Right To Refuse An Order: Greeting Gift Cards reserves the right to refuse any order placed. Additionally, if there was a mistake in the price of an order or coupon applied, Greeting Gift Cards reserves the right to notify the customer to pay the difference or cancel the order. Greeting Gift Cards reserves the right to cancel the order at any time.

State of California, USA. As such, the laws of California will govern the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and elsewhere throughout the Website, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

Deactivating Accounts: In order to keep Greeting Gift Cards accounts current, if a customer does not access his or her account for a period of 160 days or more, Greeting Gift Cards may, in its sole discretion, terminate such customer’s account. Greeting Gift Cards will make an attempt to notify a customer of Greeting Gift Cards intent to terminate such customer’s account by notice to such customer’s provided email address at least ten days prior to deactivation. If the customer fails to respond to such an email notice within 10 days after the day it is sent by Greeting Gift Cards, such customer’s account will be terminated as noted above. Therefore, Greeting Gift Cards strongly recommends that all customers keep their accounts and contact data current and in use. While Greeting Gift Cards desires to prevent active accounts from being terminated prematurely, Greeting Gift Cards has no obligation to maintain accounts that appear to Greeting Gift Cards to have been abandoned. Each customer agrees that failure to access his or her account for 160 days or more conclusively indicates that such customer’s account has been abandoned and that the account may therefore be terminated.

Email Verification: Greeting Gift Cards reserves the right to contact a customer via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including, but not limited to, the customer’s legal name and address) which may be needed to provide the customer with services he or she has requested from Greeting Gift Cards.

Greeting Cards: Gift Cards custom makes each greeting card according to the customization options offered on our Website. Because of this feature, Greeting Gift Cards is not responsible and/or liable for any errors made by customers in this customization process. Once an order is placed, you are agreeing to our terms that ALL GREETING CARD SALES ARE FINAL. For this reason, PLEASE REVIEW AND PROOFREAD YOUR FINAL DRAFTS BEFORE ADDING TO YOUR CART.

T-Shirts: Due to COVID health concerns, we do not accept returns on T-Shirts. All T-Shirts are thoroughly inspected before being specially made according to the customer’s request. All T-Shirts sold by Greeting Gift Cards are purchased new from a third-party distributor and pressed in a clean environment that requires gloves to be worn at all times. T-Shirt measurements are clearly displayed on our website to ensure that you order the right size. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, previous to purchase, you understand that ALL T-SHIRT SALES ARE FINAL.
