This symbol looks like a diamond with wings which is where the name came from. When the outer tip of this diamond symbol is pointing down or positioned at the bottom of the 5th House of Diamonds Symbol, the symbol bears an “W” at the top which stands for Women. The shaded black diamond signifies the solid experience, knowledge and mental strategy of womanhood prior to marriage and/or unity. From girl to woman, the top point represents the connection between women and men as the bottom point of this symbol points down to symbolize the obstacles that promote women’s perseverance. When this diamond symbol for women connects with the diamond symbol for men, it becomes the 5th House of Diamonds Symbol.
